What is its purpose?
The indicator measures the total amount of promoted financial services received by the target group members (individuals or companies) from the participating financial institutions. Financial services can include loans and other forms of credit (e.g. leasing credit), savings accounts, money transfers, or insurance products (e.g. weather insurance).
How to Collect and Analyse the Required Data
Calculate the indicator’s value either by:
1) conducting a survey among all (or a representative sample of) the target individuals or companies; or by
2) collecting the information from the providers of the promoted financial products / services (this is more likely if they are your partners and are willing to provide the data)
Consider disaggregating the data by the type of clients (individual, companies …), gender (if an individual), specific types of financial services, source of financing, and other criteria relevant to the focus of your intervention.
